Good enough to eat on its own or with your favourite toppings, but one of our favourite ways to eat this baguette is to slice it across, add some garlic butter and warm it in the oven for a few minutes; it produces the most mouth-watering garlic baguette!

As with our other bread products, they have been developed especially for type 2 diabetics, or people on a low-carb diet who miss bread. Obviously, everyone’s body reacts differently, but those who’ve eaten our low-carb bread have had no discernible blood sugar increase after eating it. If you suffer from a chronic illness like diabetes, we do recommend that check with your doctor before gorging yourself on it, though… Half a baguette (1 serving) per day is ideal!
Important: In an effort to keep our bread as simple and clean as we can make it, our baguette doesn’t contain preservatives, which means it has a shorter shelf life. You might find that your baguette is close to its Best Before Date when it arrives. Unless you’re going to eat it straight away, we recommend that you freeze the bread on arrival and take it out when you want to eat it – still the same great taste!
